Payroll Coordinator (Full-Time)

| Candidate will accurately record hours and earnings into the payroll software using ADP, Pay Expert and EZ Labor Manager. Will enter all information accurately with attention to detail and will perform other duties that may be assigned by the Payroll Manager or Corporate Controller. Ensure weekly payroll prepared in a timely manner. Troubleshoot employee payroll questions and process corrections according to department procedures. Daily reporting to department managers regarding missed punches for associate timesheet corrections, in addition to hours’ reports as requested. Issue final checks for terminated associates as requested by HR. Enter payroll hours and earnings on Excel spreadsheet for creation of monthly payroll journal entries. Must have payroll experience and prior experience with ADP Payroll, EZ Labor timekeeping, automated accounts payable, bookkeeping experience and working knowledge of Excel. R-5640 |

| Duties may include: Bank reconciliations, account analysis, journal entries, preparation and review of financial statements, fixed asset management, account payables and various analysis and special projects. Accounting degree plus work experience preferred. Will consider candidates with Business degree or some college with minimum of intermediate accounting level courses, plus multiple years work experience in the accounting field. Strong computer skills, particularly spreadsheet software (Excel or Lotus); ability to work efficiently with G/L software. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities essential. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. |

| Preparation and review of financial statements, computation of Cost of Sales, experience with calculation of imputed interest and evaluation of corporate allocations. Coordinate, assist and communicate with lenders for site audits. Preparation for the financial audit and tax PBC. Treasury cash management and coordination with outside lenders and title companies. Various analysis and special projects. Accounting degree, work experience and CPA preferred. Timeshare/vacation ownership experience a plus.
